Our Passion.

“Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.” Matthew‬ ‭28‬:‭19‬

We are all about bringing everyone closer to God.

When we say everyone, we mean it wholeheartedly. No faith, new faith, or growing faith—our doors are open wide, welcoming every tribe, walk of life, and background. In other words, you belong here.

Our journey is simple: moving closer to God, one step at a time. But it’s not a path we walk alone. Our sincerest hope is that you’ll join us on this adventure, so we can walk this path together, side by side, bringing others along as we grow closer to God.

The Core Commitments that Define Our Community

Pursuing Jesus together

Join our weekly gatherings where we celebrate, explore Scripture, and connect with each other. It's how we grow closer to Jesus—and to one another.

Practicing the way of Jesus together

Dive into life-changing relationships in our small groups and ministry teams. Together, we're learning to live as Jesus did, supporting each other every step of the way.

Partnering in the mission of Jesus together

Let's bring Jesus' mission to life right where we are—with neighbors, coworkers, classmates, or anyone you meet. Your daily interactions can make an eternal difference.

What We Believe

We hold to the historic tenets of Christian faith. If you want the details, you can read our statements of faith.

  • We believe that church should be the people you feel safe with and enjoy being around.

  • We believe that sermons (or messages, as we like to call them) should be Scriptural and helpful for everyone.

  • We believe that kids and teens should love church so much that they’re dragging their parents out the door every Sunday morning.

  • We believe that you matter, and are worthy of God’s love.

  • We believe that good coffee makes everything just a little better.

  • We believe that we’re all on a faith journey, and we’re all at different places, and that’s okay.

  • We believe that brothers (and sisters) don’t shake hands; we hug (unless you’re more comfortable with a handshake, in which case we respect that).

  • We believe that God’s grace is the most powerful force in the universe, and big enough to handle all the hurts, habits, and hangups we bring with us.

  • Most importantly, we believe that Jesus changes lives, families, and entire communities. And that’s really good news for everyone.

Everyone is Welcome.

Seriously. Every week at Cypress, Christians and non-Christians, seekers and skeptics, fired-up and burned out all come together in search of answers to life’s great questions. There’s always room for more. We hope to see you soon!
