In 2008 Cypress stepped into the HIV/AIDS pandemic that was ravaging Sub-Sahara, Africa and sent Molly Waits to establish an orphanage in Nakuru, Kenya: Springs of Hope Kenya.

Molly also created Bagamoyo a sewing center which makes artisan African bags while providing jobs for women and men disaffected by HIV/AIDS and provides financial support for the orphanage. 

Kambi Amani (Camp of Peace) is an eco-tourism camp with stunning views of Lake Nakuru and is a source of jobs and revenue for the orphanage.
